Artiststore Consumer User Agreement
Version Date: [August 11, 2026]
[Revision Note] This Agreement adds a new section on "Artist-Managed Products" to clarify the business model under which artists display such products on the Platform and complete transactions directly with users. For Artist-Managed Products, Artiststore provides information-display services only, does not participate in the transaction, does not collect payment, and is not responsible for shipping, delivery, or after-sales service. This revision also introduces management rules relating to matters such as artists' fulfillment timelines and pricing. Please read this Agreement carefully before confirming your acceptance.

2. Platform Services
Artiststore may provide Users with the following services:
- Artist and artwork showcases;
- Browsing and following artist stores;
- Product purchasing;
- Limited releases, pre-orders, Platform campaigns, purchase lotteries, and exclusive events;
- Platform campaigns, Discord community interactions, social media content, content subscriptions, artwork voting, and invitation programs;

- Other services that the Platform may introduce from time to time.
Unless otherwise expressly stated on an order page, product page, or in a separate agreement, Artiststore primarily provides artist showcase, transaction-facilitation, payment-assistance, order-management, fulfillment-coordination, and community-operation services. Certain products or services may be provided, produced, shipped, or fulfilled directly by Artists or third-party service providers.
For Artist-Managed Products, Artiststore's services are limited to displaying product information and artist store pages and providing necessary technical support. Transactions for Artist-Managed Products take place directly between the Artist and the User. Artiststore does not participate in any part of the transaction, does not receive or disburse payment on either party's behalf, and is not responsible for shipping, delivery, after-sales service, or other fulfillment obligations.
3. User Eligibility and Accounts
3.1 You must have full legal capacity to enter into civil transactions. If you are a minor, you may use Artiststore only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 When registering, placing an order, submitting customization requirements, or participating in an activity, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information, including your name, contact details, shipping address, payment information, and any other required information.
3.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification codes, order information, and other account credentials. You are responsible for losses caused by your failure to safeguard such information properly.
3.4 If the Platform detects abnormal registration activity, false information, order manipulation, cheating, abusive refunds, infringement of third-party rights, violations of Platform rules, or other improper conduct associated with your account, the Platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and related benefits.
4. Product Information and Pre-Purchase Confirmation
4.1 The Platform will use reasonable efforts to display important product information, including product names, images, prices, dimensions, materials, colors, Artist information, delivery methods, estimated shipping times, and return and exchange rules. Product information is subject to confirmation with the relevant Artist/Seller.
4.2 You understand and agree that artwork, prints, handmade products, and digital displays may reasonably differ from what appears on screen due to differences in screen color, production processes, material batches, lighting, and the nature of handmade or artistic creation.
4.3 Before submitting an order, you should confirm the following:
- Product name, specifications, dimensions, material, and color;
- Artist, style of the work, and intended use of the product;
- Price, taxes, service fees, and shipping charges;
- Shipping address and contact details;
- Whether the product is print-on-demand, a pre-order, limited edition, or customized product;
- Whether returns or exchanges are available;
- Whether the purchase includes copyright, commercial-use rights, or any other special rights;
- For commissioned works, the brief, budget, delivery schedule, number of revisions, and scope of rights granted.
4.4 Unless otherwise stated in writing by the Platform or the Artist, purchasing a product does not grant the User any copyright, trademark rights, commercial-use rights, reproduction rights, adaptation rights, resale rights, NFT minting rights, or other intellectual property rights in the underlying work.
4.5 You acknowledge and agree that, as necessary to process orders, communicate about customization, ship products, and provide after-sales service, the name, contact information, shipping address, and other necessary information you provide when placing an order may be shared with the relevant Artist/Seller store, the Marketplace, and necessary third-party service providers. Please refer to the Platform's Privacy Policy for details regarding the scope, method, and recipients of such information sharing.
5. Prices, Fees, and Payment
5.1 The price of a product is the price displayed on the order page when you place the order. The amount payable may include the product price, Artist service fees, Platform service fees, taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees.
5.2 The Platform may adjust product prices, service fees, discounts, membership benefits, or campaign rules based on product type, Artist settings, campaign rules, market conditions, or operational strategy. Orders that have already been paid are generally not adjusted because of later price changes.
5.3 You must complete payment using a lawful payment method supported by the relevant artist store. Your payment information may be processed by a third-party payment processor, and the processor's terms of service will apply to that processing.
5.4 If an order is not successfully created or payment is not completed because of payment failure, risk-control restrictions, bank declines, third-party payment issues, or similar circumstances, the Platform or the relevant Artist/Seller store may cancel the order or require you to make payment again.
6. Order Formation, Cancellation, and Changes
6.1 An order is formed once you submit the order and complete payment. The Platform will process the order based on the product type, Artist confirmation status, inventory availability, production status, and applicable fulfillment rules.
6.2 For Standard Products, you may request cancellation or modification within the time window permitted by the Platform, provided the product has not yet shipped and the order has not entered an irreversible fulfillment process. The order page or customer service confirmation will govern the applicable window.
6.3 For Print-on-Demand Products, once an order has entered design, printing, production, or third-party fulfillment, cancellation, modification, or a no-fault refund will generally not be available.
6.4 For commissioned works, once the Artist has accepted the commission, confirmed the brief, begun creating the work, or the User has paid a deposit or the full amount, the User may not cancel without cause unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. If the User nevertheless insists on cancellation, the Platform or Artist may deduct reasonable amounts based on creative work already performed, communication costs, material costs, third-party fees, and project progress.
6.5 You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, contact information, and customization instructions are accurate. You are responsible for delays, additional costs, or losses caused by incorrect information, failure to respond promptly, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to provide required materials or information.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Physical products may be shipped by the Artist, the Platform, or a third-party service provider based on the order information. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
7.2 Shipping and delivery may be affected by production lead times, logistics services, weather, customs, holidays, force majeure, public health events, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond reasonable control.
7.3 You should inspect the outer packaging and product condition upon receipt. If a product is visibly damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, you should promptly contact Platform customer service and provide photographs, video, an unboxing record, the shipping label, or other reasonable evidence as requested.
7.4 Digital products or digitally delivered works may be delivered through a download link, email, Platform message, cloud storage, Discord direct message, or another delivery method. You are responsible for keeping the delivered files secure.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service
8.1 Different return and exchange rules may apply to different types of products. The Platform may distinguish the scope of returns and exchanges based on the nature of the product, Artist settings, consumer-protection laws, and campaign rules.
8.2 Standard Products
If a Standard Product has a quality issue, is damaged in transit, is incorrect or incomplete, or materially differs from its description, you should contact the Artist/Seller within 14 days after receiving the product and provide reasonable evidence. After the Artist/Seller reports the matter to the Platform, the Platform may verify the issue and coordinate with the Artist/Seller to provide, as appropriate, a replacement shipment, exchange, refund, coupon, or other solution.
8.3 Print-on-Demand Products
Because Print-on-Demand Products are made specifically in response to a User's order, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged without cause, except where there is a quality issue, an incorrect or incomplete shipment, shipping damage, or a material discrepancy from the order.
8.4 Returns or exchanges may not be available in the following circumstances:
- The User simply does not like the product, any color difference is within a reasonable range, or the User misunderstood the dimensions;
- The product was produced or delivered incorrectly because the User provided incorrect information;
- The User did not request after-sales service within the applicable time limit;
- The product has been used, damaged, washed, altered, resold, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale;
- A customized product has been completed in accordance with the confirmed brief;
- The User has engaged in abusive refunds, fraud, order manipulation, or misuse of the after-sales policy.
8.5 The Platform may determine the appropriate after-sales resolution based on the order circumstances, product type, supporting evidence, and applicable law.
9. Artist-Managed Products
9.1 Definition and Scope
- Artist-Managed Products are products displayed by Artists through the Artiststore Platform but sold directly by the Artist to the User, with the Artist independently collecting payment and handling fulfillment and shipping. Artist-Managed Products may include both digital and physical products.
- Artiststore provides only information-display and platform technology services for Artist-Managed Products. Artiststore does not participate in the transaction, collect payment, or assume responsibility for shipping, fulfillment, or after-sales service. The transaction relationship for an Artist-Managed Product exists solely between the Artist and the User.
9.2 Independent Transactions and Platform Disclaimer
- You acknowledge and agree that when you purchase an Artist-Managed Product, payment is made directly to the Artist and does not pass through Artiststore. Artiststore is not responsible for the security of transaction funds, failed payments, refund disputes, or similar payment-related matters.
- The Artist is solely responsible for the quality, delivery, after-sales service, intellectual property rights, returns, and exchanges relating to Artist-Managed Products. Artiststore provides no product-quality warranty, fulfillment guarantee, or after-sales obligation with respect to such products.
- Any intellectual property infringement, product-quality issue, false or misleading advertising, legal dispute, complaint, claim, or liability arising from an Artist-Managed Product must be resolved directly between the Artist and the User. Artiststore may provide reasonable assistance with communication but is not liable for compensation. If Artiststore is subject to a third-party claim, administrative penalty, or reputational loss as a result, Artiststore may recover from the Artist in full all resulting losses and reasonable enforcement costs and may deduct such amounts directly from any sums payable to the Artist through the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property and Licenses
10.1 Artwork, images, text, videos, designs, trademarks, webpages, campaign content, community content, and other materials displayed on the Platform may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by Artists, the Platform, or third-party rights holders.
10.2 Without the rights holder's prior written permission, Users may not copy, download, distribute screenshots of, modify, adapt, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, use to train AI models, mint as NFTs, use in advertising, or otherwise use Platform content.
10.3 Purchasing a physical product gives the User ownership or possession of that physical item only and does not, by itself, transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying work.
10.4 You agree that the Platform may use content you submit to the extent reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill orders, handle customer service matters, display campaigns, operate the community, conduct marketing and promotion, showcase examples, and handle disputes. When the Platform uses User content, it will de-identify any personal information contained in that content unless the User has expressly consented otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. If the content involves User privacy, likeness rights, or non-public business information, the Platform will handle it in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the parties' agreement.
11. Platform Campaigns, Referral Programs, Membership Benefits, and Limited Releases
11.1 The Platform may from time to time offer referral programs, membership activities, limited releases, purchase lotteries, priority access, points, badges, or other promotional or operational programs.
11.2 Activity rules are governed by the applicable campaign page, Discord announcement, or Platform notice. The Platform may adjust campaign rules, reward distribution methods, eligibility requirements, and risk-control standards based on campaign circumstances.
11.3 Users may not participate through alternate accounts, self-referrals, artificial traffic or purchases, fake accounts, bots, abnormal devices, cheating tools, or any other improper means.
11.4 The Platform may invalidate abnormal referrals, orders, points, lottery eligibility, and related rewards.
11.5 Unless the applicable campaign rules expressly provide otherwise, membership benefits, points, badges, priority-purchase eligibility, lottery eligibility, and similar benefits are personal to the User and may not be transferred, sold, redeemed for cash, or used for other commercial purposes.
12. No Circumvention of Platform Transactions
12.1 To protect the interests of Users, Artists, and the Platform, Users may not use Discord, direct messages, email, social media, or other channels to induce Artists to bypass the Platform and conduct private transactions.
12.2 The Platform is not responsible for payment disputes, delivery disputes, copyright disputes, fraud risks, quality issues, or after-sales problems arising from private transactions conducted outside the Platform.
12.3 If a User bypasses the Platform, induces an Artist to accept private orders, avoids Platform fees, or otherwise disrupts the Platform's transaction order, the Platform may restrict the User's account, revoke membership benefits, decline after-sales support, or take other appropriate measures.
13. User Conduct
Users may not use Artiststore to engage in any of the following conduct:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or public order and good morals;
- Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, likeness rights, reputation rights, or other rights of Artists, the Platform, other Users, or third parties;
- Submit false orders, abuse refunds, initiate improper chargebacks, misuse coupons, or manipulate orders;
- Interfere with Platform systems, attack servers, scrape data, or reverse engineer the Platform;
- Use Platform content to train AI models, scrape artwork in bulk, or build a competing-product database;
- Post false or malicious reviews, or engage in extortion or coercion;
- Impersonate the Platform, an Artist, Platform staff, or another User;
- Engage in any other conduct that harms the rights or interests of the Platform, Artists, Users, or third parties.
14. Platform Disclaimers
14.1 The Platform will use reasonable efforts to maintain the stability, security, and accuracy of its services, but does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, vulnerability-free, or fully meet User expectations.
14.2 The Platform makes no absolute guarantee regarding an Artist's creative style, commercial value, collectible value, investment value, potential appreciation, a User's subjective preferences, or the outcome of a custom commission.
14.3 The Platform does not make an absolute guarantee as to the originality, legality, completeness of authorization, or accuracy of descriptions in content uploaded by Artists/Sellers. The Platform may, however, take action regarding suspected infringement based on complaints, reports, Platform review, or legal requirements, and will take necessary measures where it knows or should know that an Artist is engaging in infringement.
14.4 Issues caused by third-party payment providers, manufacturers, logistics providers, Discord services, network providers, banks, or other third-party services, as well as complaints, claims, administrative penalties, or other liabilities caused by the conduct of Artists/Sellers or Users, are the responsibility of the party at fault. The Platform may provide reasonable assistance but will not be liable for losses caused by third parties beyond the scope of responsibility imposed by law or assumed by the Platform. If the Platform is pursued, sued, penalized, or otherwise held liable by any third party as a result, it may recover in full from the responsible party (Artist/Seller or User), including compensation, fines, attorneys' fees, court costs, investigation expenses, all direct losses suffered by the Platform, and reasonable costs incurred in responding to such claims or proceedings, including preservation costs, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees.
14.5 For Artist-Managed Products, Artiststore provides only information-display and technology services, does not participate in the transaction or collect payment, and is not responsible for shipping or after-sales service. The Artist is solely responsible for product quality, delivery, and after-sales service. Any dispute or loss arising from a User's purchase of an Artist-Managed Product must be resolved directly between the User and the Artist, and Artiststore assumes no liability.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Platform will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated revenue arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.
16.2 For any dispute relating to a single order, the Platform's maximum liability, to the extent permitted by law, will not exceed the amount the User actually paid to the Platform for that order.
16.3 If the Platform, an Artist, or a third party suffers losses because the User violates this Agreement, submits infringing materials, engages in malicious conduct, conducts private transactions, or is otherwise at fault, the User will be responsible for the corresponding losses.
16.4 If a User suffers losses due to an Artist/Seller, the Platform will provide reasonable assistance to help the User communicate with the Artist/Seller. If the Platform fails to provide the Artist/Seller's true name, address, and valid contact details, or knows that the Artist/Seller is infringing the User's lawful rights and fails to take necessary measures, the Platform will bear the corresponding liability as required by law.
16.5 Artiststore assumes no transaction-related liability for Artist-Managed Products. Any loss suffered by a User as a result of purchasing an Artist-Managed Product is the responsibility of the Artist, and Artiststore is not liable for compensation.
17. Privacy and Data
17.1 The Platform will collect, use, store, and protect Users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement.
17.2 You acknowledge and expressly agree that, as necessary to complete orders, payments, delivery, customization communications, customer service, activity participation, and community operations, the Platform may provide necessary personal information to the following third parties:

17.4 You understand and agree that when you place an order in an Artiststore artist store or the Marketplace, the personal information necessary to complete the transaction will be provided to the relevant Artist/Seller. Different Artists/Sellers will not share Users' personal information with one another, and the Platform will not use User information for purposes beyond those stated in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
17.5 Special Provisions for Artist-Managed Products: Because Artist-Managed Product transactions take place directly between the Artist and the User and the Artist is responsible for shipping, you acknowledge and agree that, once an order is created, the Platform may provide the Artist with necessary shipping information to complete fulfillment, provided that the Artist has completed the Platform's identity verification and privacy-compliance commitment process. The Platform will use technical measures to ensure that such information is used only for shipping and after-sales purposes relating to the relevant order. Different Artists/Sellers will not share Users' personal information with one another, and the Platform will not use User information for purposes beyond those stated in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
20.1 The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
20.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Artiststore services should first be resolved through good-faith consultation between the parties.
20.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, either party may submit the dispute to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for resolution.
20.4 If mandatory consumer-protection laws in the User's place of residence apply, nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the User's mandatory rights under those laws.
